Schuesheng was established in October, 2015 as a band of a conglomerate. This brand specialized in wire/cable industry. Supplying related materials, accessories, parts and equipment, and operated by a strategic business unit. On November 25, 2016, the strategic business unit was separated from the conglomerate, became an independent business organization -- Schuesheng Technology Company, Ltd. Now, through cross-shareholding and direct investment, Schuesheng has evolved into a manufacturing company of wire/cable materials and machinery. Meanwhile, it’s a mature supplier for wire/cable industry, packaging industry, plastics industry, electronics industry, textile industry, papermaking industry, metal materials industry.

One division consists of materials and accessories, includes plastics materials, fabric materials, glass materials, paper materials, ore materials, chemicals, our main products of this division are FRP, ARP, water blocking tapes, non-woven fabrics, mica tapes, yarns, glass fibers, metal foils, insulating tapes. Another division is machinery. Our main products of machinery division are multi-spindle spooling machine, slitting machine, rewinding machine, spooling&rewinding machine, cutting machine, laminating machine, coating machine, carrier tape forming machine. We offer OEM products, ODM products and OBM products. Our markets consist of 13 countries which located in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. We also can offer the technical services as the customers need.

勖盛永翔作为一个独立品牌成立于2015年10月1日。由舒姿翔和李永强共同创立。该品牌专注于输电行业和通信线缆材料行业。从事输电行业相关材料以及通信线缆材料、相关成套设备、设备零部件的出口销售。隶属于一家总部位于四川的综合性企业，由一个独立部门运营该品牌。2016年11月25日，勖盛永翔部门正式独立，脱离原属公司，成立四川勖盛永翔科技有限公司，并继续从事输电行业相关材料以及通信线缆材料、相关成套设备、设备零部件的出口销售。
2019年3月19日，四川勖盛永翔科技有限公司股东成立广东勖势科技有限责任公司，作为四川勖盛永翔科技有限公司的战略发展协作公司。该公司的主营业务为机械设计、机械制造、机械改装、机械加工、技术服务。其中技术服务包括产品信息咨询服务、产品安装服务、产品操作技术服务、产品操作培训服务、产品问题诊断服务、产品维修服务、维修技术培训服务、产品制造技术转让服务、产品制造技术培训服务、产品技术升级服务。 经过多年的发展，目前四川勖盛永翔科技有限公司的主营业务分为两个部分。一个业务部分是以输电行业相关材料和通信线缆材料销售为业务重心。主营产品为：纤维增强复合材料、云母带、阻水带、阻水纱、无纺布、玻璃纤维、金属箔、各种绑定、衬垫、屏障分离带材、绝缘屏蔽材料、阻燃材料、纸质材料。另外一个业务部分是以机械、设备制造和销售为业务重心。主营产品为：单轴缠绕机、多轴缠绕机、盖带分切机、载带分切机、缠绕分切机、涂布机、复合机、成型机、盖带复卷机、载带复卷机、缠绕复卷机、半自动气动切台、全自动伺服切台。以上产品全部可根据客户要求进行个性化定制生产。其他相关产品和服务亦可向我公司进行咨询，我公司将根据实际情况为客户制定妥善、可靠的解决方案。
